Huhtamaki Paper Recycling is pleased to announce the acquisition of a truck for increased collection capacity. This will allow Huhtamaki Paper Recycling to collect baled material such as waste cardboard, waste paper and waste plastics.
With a 10 tonne allowance, it means that HPR can increase the distance for collections and collect greater volume. Cardboard recycling (as with all paper recycling) is important to our company. As Huhtamaki owns the last remaining paper mill anywhere in Ireland, it means that we can operate on a local collection, local sorting and local end processing. This is good for both the local economy as well as the local environment.

100% of the material collected is recycled and Huhtamaki Paper Recycling feeds back collection information to assist Management in its objectives of minimising waste and complying with ISO 14001 (as required).
